Ricotta Toast w/ Kiwi, Mango & Condensed Milk

Kiwi, mango and condensed milk. Does that sound like the most amazing and delicious tropical vacation to you, or what? If you’ve read any of my other recipes that utilize sweetened condensed milk (like my Vietnamese Coffee Milkshake or Ultimate Oreo Mocha Poke Cake), you’d know I’m pretty obsessed. Yes, it’s probably absolutely terrible for you (I’m terrified to actually read the nutrition facts) but I always tell myself it’s ok because it’s not that often and usually it’s just a drizzle of it!

Anyways, all those lovely ingredients served atop a nice piece of toast with creamy ricotta cheese is simply amazing. It’s a combination that’s not super common like peanut butter and jelly, so expect a nice break from your average toast. Aka party in your mouth.

Ricotta Toast W Mango, Kiwi & Condensed Milk

Ingredients
  1. 1 slice of toast
  2. 2-3 tbsp ricotta cheese
  3. Sliced magoes
  4. Sliced kiwi
  5. 2-3 tsp sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Toast your slice of bread to desired doneness.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on your piece of toast. Top with mango and kiwi slices, and drizzle condensed milk over the top (adjust amount of of condensed milk to your liking).
  3. Enjoy!

  1. Note: The measurements of ingredients are just a basic guideline and how much you use depends on your tastebuds, the size of your bread, etc.
