Bananas, nuts and chocolate sauce are ingredients that always work together in my opinion. I very commonly make peanut butter toast with those 3 things, so, it was only fitting for me to use this trifecta of awesome ingredients on my ricotta toast.
Like I was saying before, bananas plus chocolate equals perfect pair; you’d be shocked (an maybe a bit disgusted) if you found out how many times I’ve had toast with peanut butter, bananas, honey and chocolate sauce or chocolate chips. I eat it at any time of the day, and think it’s totally acceptable to eat 2 or 3 at a time. So I decided to switch it a bit and add the unexpected ricotta cheese. I added the nuts for the extra flavor and crunch (and it’s kind of a nod to the peanut butter I usually have on my toast). It’s definitely a winner. Give it a try – really, how can it not be delicious with that chocolate sauce?
Hugs & kisses and all my best wishes!

- 2-3 tbsp nuts, assorted
- 2-3 tsp chocolate sauce
- Toast the slice of bread to desired doneness.

- The measurements of ingredients are just a basic guideline and how much you use depends on your tastebuds, the size of your bread, etc.
